Kia has worked with NGOs in West Africa, foundations in Silicon Valley, and was most recently tasked with changing the administrative culture of UC Berkeley’s 8,000 staff. He recently won Chief Learning Officer magazine’s Silver Award for Innovation for his culture work at UC Berkeley.
